Florida Blue should hire better customer service

I am a little concerned and annoyed as to how Florida Blue because the people on the other end of the phone do not seem to understand English very well and it has been the source of a lot of confusion over the past two years. Now I now that these guys are a big company so they should invest more in improving their customer service. The past two years have been extremely difficult whenever I have had to file for claims. Something has to be seriously done about this at the soonest because it has been irksome.
