I am so annoyed with Houzz because they never got me the bed that was supposed to be delivered to me. When I had received the first bed that they had delivered to my residence I was annoyed because they had sent me over a damaged product. To make matters worst, after I had refused delivery from them, they did not send me a replacement that I needed. I am now left without a bed. I just want the guys over at Houzz to give me a proper delivery date for my item because it has been taking so long for this.
