Loot Crate does not answer your questions

I have been trying my absolute best to tell the customer service of Loot Crate that I just want one crate delivered to me and I do not wish to subscribe on a monthly basis. However, no matter how much I tell them this I keep getting a canned response thanking me for being a member. I do not even want to be a member! I just wanted one crate and that was it. I find this to be rude. Please get real human beings to answer and discuss real questions on the Loot Crate platform. This isn't very nice at all.
